Hi, I’m Victor — a creative director who believes that great design starts with empathy and that powerful brands speak like real people.

I began my journey designing motion graphics for broadcast TV, when identity systems lived inside channel packaging and every pixel counted. Since then, I’ve led creative projects that blend storytelling, performance, and cultural insight — across platforms and territories.

Today, I lead the editorial team at QoT (@quebrandootabu), one of the most influential digital voices in Brazil.
I’m responsible for guiding the creative vision and content strategy, making sure our message stays bold, human, and socially relevant in an ever-changing digital landscape.

I’m also part of the leadership at Ole Interactive Group, a digital creativity and performance powerhouse that builds and scales brands like Tastemade Latam, PlayGround, BeisbolPlay, and more. My focus spans brand architecture, visual identity, and team mentoring — always with one foot in design and the other in culture.

Outside the office, I’m a father, husband, and lifelong Botafogo supporter (which says a lot about my ability to handle suspense). I’m passionate about comics, illustration, and creating things that leave a mark.
